These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the Brillance d’Or website between the company and its customers. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Article 3 – Products
The products offered are those featured on the site at the time of viewing. Brillance d’Or reserves the right to modify its product assortment at any time. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect resemblance to the product.
Article 4 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Brillance d’Or reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Article 5 – Orders
Confirming your order constitutes acceptance of these GTC. Brillance d’Or reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a dispute related to payment of a previous order or suspicion of fraud.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered during checkout. Transactions are secure. Brillance d’Or does not store any banking data.
Article 7 – Delivery

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons. For more details, consult our Returns Policy.
Article 9 – Liability
Brillance d’Or cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product or an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Article 11 – Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
