⏰ Return Period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item to us. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
✅ Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must:
- Be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged
- Be in its original packaging
- Not have been personalized or modified
📧 Return Procedure
- Contact us via our contact page, indicating your order number and the reason for the return
- We will provide you with shipping instructions
- Ship the item to the address provided
- Upon receipt and verification, we will process the refund
💳 Refund
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and validation of the return.
❌ Non-refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or engraved jewelry
- Sale or final promotion items
- Items damaged by the customer
